Mincham (Formerly Mincham Aviation), was founded by current Managing Director, Darryl Mincham, and his wife Debra – in 1996.
We are a full structures house, focusing on the Design, Prototyping, Production and Through-life Support of ALL Advanced light-weight structures.
Traditionally our focus was on servicing commercial airliners and niche technology projects; Mincham then expanded, and eventually returned to Darryl’s true passion of working on Research and Development projects as well as all other aspects of Defence.
